Napoleon III table, oval arched shape., France, 19th century

Chequered inlaid top with a central figure in contrasting light-colored woods. The top edge is edged with a bronze acanthus leaf.
The underside of the table features applied bronze, and four legs are joined in the center with a sculpted Renaissance vase. Applied brass and bronze.
