Renaissance lute made by the great Scottish luthier R. F. Robertson in 1974


Instrument purchased directly from the master R. F. Robertson, world famous for his harpsichords, in his home in Edinburgh. It was his second lute made. He also built the hard case.
Maple body with alternating bands.
Case length 45.5. Width cm. 30- Depth: cm. 14
Maple and mahogany neck. Measure: cm. 21.5
Rosewood fingerboard and bridge.
It has a slight neckline on the soundboard that is easily repairable.
Movable upper bridge.
