Aldo Turkeyro is a living painter and illustrator originally from Celico, in the province of Cosenza. He moved to Rome where he attended the Liceo Artistico and met Renato Guttuso. He adheres to the neorealist current without giving up his stylistic vein as his canvases mainly depict animals such as fish and birds. Signed lower right.
