Raffaello Sorbi

Important miniature painted in oil on a wooden tablet, depicting an eighteenth-century landscape with figures seated at a table and two men leaving for a hunting trip. The work, despite its small size (8.5x6 cm) shows an extraordinary pictorial quality, rich in details, signed on the lower left by the famous Florentine painter Rafaello Sorbi.
