Drawing by one of the most important painters of Italian Neoclassicism. He approaches the manner of Raphael and Mengs, the major painters of reference of the nineteenth century. He was director of the Vatican Museums and of the San Pietro factory. & Nbsp; He was the brother of Pietro Camuccini, a painter known mainly for the cleaning of Michelangelo's Last Judgment in the Sistine Chapel which took place in 1824-25. The drawing is signed in the lower left corner "V. Camuccini".
