Matteo Olivero

Olivero was a painter and sculptor among the major exponents of divisionism between the end of the 19th century and the beginning of the 20th century . Originally from Pratorotondo, he moved to Turin to study at the Albertina Academy of Fine Arts. He was dedicated to social issues, especially the marginalized, and to the emotional dimension of the landscape.
